If the touch function on your Demy is unresponsive, check to see if the factory installed protective film has been removed from the screen. That film was not intended to remain on your Demy and can cause it to behave erratically. To remove the film, pull back on the white tab in the upper left corner of your Demy's screen. If the tab has come off, just use your fingernail to gently loosen a corner of the film and then peel back.
